Subscription Terms

Plans

• Monthly — $9.99/month, billed every month.
• Annual — $79.99/year, billed once per year.
• Founding Member — $69.99/year, offered only to eligible customers through a retention offer.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage plan, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. You retain access to premium features through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. We will provide advance notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and provide a short grace period before downgrading or suspending premium access.

Taxes

Prices may not include applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes, which may be collected by Stripe as required by law.
