Our Commitment

Lush Trading Post, LLC (d/b/a myAiC) is committed to making myAiC usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Conformance Status

myAiC does not currently claim full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or full accessibility. Automated accessibility scans alone do not establish conformance, and accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time achievement.

Known Limitations

• The live camera viewfinder and barcode scanning depend on device camera capabilities and may not be usable by everyone; a manual food/barcode entry fallback is provided.
• Some checkout and payment screens are hosted and controlled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are outside our direct control.
• Charts include text summaries, but some complex data visualizations are still being improved for screen reader and keyboard users.
• Some exported or generated PDF files may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technology.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using myAiC, please use the form below or email support@myaicapp.com. Please include the page URL, a description of the barrier, and the assistive technology you were using, if applicable.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days, provide status updates as we investigate, and work toward a reasonable remediation timeline.
